More Than a Brand – We’re A Movement
ITBC™ exists to empower Practitioners of Life with tools, insight, and practical magic to transform their personal truth into Magic In Action.
Our mission is to be a leading space for Caucasian women to engage with their innate elemental magic, find Safety in their own bodies, gain Control and understanding of their racing minds, deepen Connection with community, increase capacity for Energy, embrace Fun everyday, explore Touch in all of its forms, and welcome every opportunity for Growth and transformation as part of our privileged human experience.
Spirit
The Spirit behind ITBC™ is plain in our name, I’m The Beautiful Change. The heart of our business is to help empower women to fully embrace the magic that they are, and to apply privilege toward transforming trauma and harmful familial patterns to foster a better world for generations to come.
Air
The Element of Air is represented in the wholeness of our ITBC™ 5×7 Tarot Framework. This new way of reading, experiencing, and learning the 78 cards of tarot helps the reader, querent, and Practitioner explore each one with a fresh perspective, question their accepted truths, and transmute any stale ideas to help satisfy their Human Appetites.
Fire
The Fire that lights up the ITBC™ brand is knowing the contagious impact of our Magic In Action. By putting our magic in motion and our money where our heart is, this Woman-Owned company is grateful to have you join us in transforming the status quo to better support justice. Our Forever Familiars Project is our way of honoring past, present and future furry companions and their incredible impact on our lives.
Earth
Honoring Mother Earth lives in the bones of ITBC™ and we reflect that with our inventory, packaging, and general business practices. Sourcing Pre-Loved & Still Lovable items gives a second life to the abundance around us, partnering with sustainable brands (like our 1% For The Planet certification) helps keep the movement growing, and in-office practices like using Ridwell helps us lighten our impact on landfills.
Water
The Water, the connecting and fluid force that is ITBC™’s essence, tying everything we stand for together, is that each and every person IS innately magic, Life is the (complex) practice. Without Water we die: without empowerment we wither under the influence of another. We are here to Water each other so that we can grow ever-more Magic In Action.
